I divya gupta, purchased the mobile micromax canvas 5 e481 ( imei [protected] & [protected]) on date 07/12/2015, but was found defective in cellular data connectivity problem from next day within warranty period, i complained regarding this to company on toll free no.[protected], they called us 5 to 6 times as they gave instructions i followed all the possibilites regarding connectivity problem, finally company told me to replace the handset, then company messaged me on my mobile no. to submit the handset in the micromax service center on date 08/01/2016, then only handset will be replaced within 7 to 10 days.i submitted the handset on 09/01/2016.
but still till today the company has not replaced the mobile handset.
so, i want that the company to replace the handset as early as possible without any delay, i have attached all the available documents.
kindly resolve the issues at the earliest.
