My Micromax Unite 2 A106 handset had been faulty since 24.08.2015. I had submitted it in Bokaro Digital Equipment Centre on 25.08.2015. (with a verbal assurance to get it repaired within 45 days). But till now, 23.01.2016, it has not been repaired. As per the latest information I had from its customer care execuitve, it has been sent to the concerned service centre on RWR (return without repair) basis. My handset was on warranty period. However, service centre peolpe claims that they had initiated the replacement issue with the concerned office, but Micromax customer care executives denies such processings. I am in huge trouble due to the kind of service being provided by Micromax.
Therefore, I earnestly request the concerned representative to look into this matter and take necessary action against the company. Was this information helpful? |
