Micromax — regarding unskilled employers of micromax service centre o[censored]JJAIN ,MP | |||
Respected sir/mam, This is Ritvik Dashora from ujjain.I am a customer of micromax mobile and own a micromax bolt A51 mobile.I have bought that mobile in july 2013 and due to some reason the touch pad of mobile stopped working.I reached micromax service centre ujjain and consulted about the same...rather my mobile was in warranty period the service centre told us to give money for repair...but this is not the actual problem...we were agreed to give money but they took the mobile and kept that for ONE AND HALF MONTH...when we consult them they just said that come tommorow and we reached daily to take mobile...We were totaly frustated and wanted mobile back either in any condition because until then we knew that it is impossible for micromax service centre, ujjain to repair my mobile...but the story does not end here...when I reached to take my phone, they denied to give it and the limit crossed when they PUT OTHER PERSON MOBILE SCREEN ON MY PHONE and TOLD THAT TAKE IT, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO IT... So, it is an humble request from my side...micromax should first test the people that are they capable for this job then after this they should hire them...because those people will not face anything, the actual problem will be faced by the company...
