Micromax — Repaired Twice. Still problem persists and lying with service centre for repair for almost one and half month now.

There customer care centre respond with a standard reply and do not provide any information. There grievance also mention the same e-mail id that means you have no option to approach if not satisfied. Its a third class company as far as services are concerned. Jobsheet no.
