Micromax — Repairing of Mobile Model Code SERMOB0504/ bar code no. N[protected]

I am holding a mobile with above mentioned model code and the said mobile is under warranty. The mobile was not working properly and go on power off mode. So I given the mobile to a nearby service centre for repairing (Bar code of the work order is mentioned above) on 03/7/2015 and the Service Engineer told me that it will take one week and I didnot get any phone call from the Service centre till date (ie 23/7/2015). In the meanwhile I also made complaint in your customer care and the compliant no. is[protected]. So I request that action may be taken to get repair my mobile at the earliest. Ratan Pal Mob.
