Micromax — Repairing time too axcess

I have purchased a micromax phone model cg777 after one month it gets hang switched off when i plugged only then it can open. i go to the service centre he keeps the phone and told me it will take atleast 25 day so why i bought this just replace it . its very fraud deal.
