Micromax — Repairs not done even after 3 months of wait, and when hand over to me the same problem

Hello Sir/Madam, I had given my mobile phone which only had auto-rotation problem which could be repaired within a few minutes of time at the service center M/S CellQ Communication Pvt. Ltd, Bhandup, Mumbai. but they told me that they'll have it repaired and that the cellphone would be sent to the company cause they could not solve the problem at the service center, so I trusted the company Micromax India as it was in-warranty, but after 4 months it has come to me with the same problem Jobsheet Date: 24/8/15 Customer details[protected] Name :Lazarus Dsouza Problem reported: 4907 Display blank I would also like to know how auto-rotation problem led to a display blank was it your qualified engineers that failed while solving this..
