Micromax — Repeated complaints through this mail id - reg

Sir / Madam,
I m in extremely not satisfied with the customer care service from your side. I m mailing for several times to register a complaint about the product. I m getting a mail from you with the TICKET number and they request to reach at http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. Also i have registered with this site also. I have attached the Reference number with this mail.


Kindly don't give me another ticket number for this and don't send the following:

My previous ticket numbers are as follows:

79648, 207840, 217508, 226866.

I have attached the bill and 2nd service bill with this mail.

The following are the problems that i facing as of now:

Fault of motherboard - During my first service of Micromax P480, The service representative replied that it had a mother board fault. The phone was switching ON only when the charger was connected to it.
Not switching ON: After 8 days of my first service ( The phone which i received was totally other device and the service representative said that it is a Grid Procedure to deliver the device in this manner., The phone was not switching ON and was totally dead. So i went on with the second service.
Not Charging: After this my device is getting time to process tasks, camera's clarity was bad after service and the battery takes many hours to charge.
These Problems are faced by me in less span of time.

I m now writing this message to get a POSITIVE reply from your side and NOT JUST A TICKET NUMBER.
