Micromax — Replacement of defective Micromax A300 mobile

I purchased one Microma mobile Model NoA300 IMEI No.[protected] from M/s. Ruby Watch Co., Hall Bazar, Amritsar (Punjab) vide their Bill No.23497 dated 25.07.2014 for Rs.20200/-. Since the date of purchase, I have been approaching the above dealer as well as Service Centre of the Company situated at Rani ka Bagh, Amritsar and all the time the Service Station people are not attending to my complaint properly. Inspite of my repeated complaints to get the faulty set replaced, they are not paying any heed and relieve me by giving first aid to my above mobile. I am very much upset with the functioning of the above mobile which requires replacement. Kindly look into my complaint and arrange for replacement with a new one.
