Micromax — Replacement of defective part or whole LED 24"

I have purchased a micromax LED of size 24" having model no24B600HD on 13/01/2015 online from Flipkart. Now after six months I found that the set is not working & is dead. When I informed this to service center at no [protected], I received a complaint no MH[protected] ehich was launched on 29/07/2015. THe service engineer has visited and what's up some snaps of the LED set and told that you will get reply soon. I am waiting since more than fifteen days and constantly calling serivce centre and not got any positive reply. I am totally dissatisfied the way micromax is providing service, I want this issue to be resolved soon ALso one of the height is that my complaint ststus is closed eventhough I havenot recieved the part or new piece not even any message regarding this complaint.
