[Resolved]  Micromax — Replacement of handset under warranty

hi my name is Rama Kishore I had submitted a Micromax Canvas A210 (IMEI : [protected] /[protected]) handset which is having major problem to MSN Communications in Bangalore on 23/09/14 with job sheet no : s[protected] where i got updated at the time of submission that the replacement will be done within 15 days with 6 times visit to service centre and numerous calls I am getting the same answer as micromax is delaying deliverye still I had not got my handset back Can you please let me know when i will get my replacement as this is going months on months

I got the mobile back with so
many hardware problems like software hanging continuously and the same
old peice where the gorilla screen had been changed to normal screen and
with so many scratches on the phone the service centre is behaving very
aggressive and telling do you want mobile or not, they have collected
job sheet first and informed if you dont want mobile leave their
premisses and they are not giving jobsheet or any confirmation they
informed i can go anywhere i want to complain, as well initially they
rejected to give my battery back after much pleading they have provided
battery back.

i dont think this is not the way as a company like
micromax should treat their customers i think their presence in the
market will not lost longer

If they are behaving in the same manner due
to this as a procurement manager to a top company i had rejected buying
of 450 micromax mobiles for our pilot project and went for samsung
where earlier i got a best response keeping in view of after sale
service.

A sincere advise to Micromax service centres "close their business and start some mugging and extortion business as they are well trained for that"
