SIR,
I have bought Micromax canvas 2, model no;- A120, IMEI No [protected] on 19 April 2015 from GHAZIABAD. From the next day of phone purchase it started giving me trouble by hanging. 4 times it switch off then switch on .On 21 April 2015 I approached K.S. micromax service centre in ghaziabad they updated it's software and assured me it wont trouble me again but the problem was not rectified and the phone continues to hang .Then on 23 April 2015 I again approached to same service centre then they again updated the software. Nothing happened and the phone continues to hang .Then on 27 April 2015 I again approached to K.S service centre for replacement of phone .They said that phone may not be replaced as phone is facing software problem not hardware problem. On the same date I approached SERVICE ZONE TELE CENTRE at KALKA GARHI CHOWKI in GHAZIABAD . They go through the phone and declared that its hardware problem.Then I approached K.S Service centre they said that the mother board need to be replaced.Sir, mother board in itself is a hardware. So please replace the product.
