Touch stopped working of a recently purchased micromax A350 white gold mobile..phone is at customer care center from last 50days under job sheet no.N[protected] and there is no one who is bothered about this situation neither the employes at customer care nor any executive.as they are wasting time .and in regards to my complaint they offered me a used phone which is not acceptable to me...either I vl take new or give me my old one Was this information helpful? | |||

Please don't buy micromax mobile because Thought no use of approached the Service centre i[censored] get any problem with in-warrant
1, Had memory card problem in phone and approached Service center "SP-OCEAN MOBILE CARE" in Velacherry on 3rd march 2015 and they told it will take 2 weeks time, after repeated follow up i got a call on 10th april 2015 they said come and collect the replacement mobile but its not a new mobile,
2, they are replacing with the other old used mobile for me but i did't accept that,
still now i did't get my mobile from service centre.
don't purchase micromax mobile,
dont face they problems like me.
