Hello I have Micromax Canvas A311. i am using this mobile from last 3 weeks. From last 1 week I am facing issue in mobile which is restarting most of the time when I am in call. Suddenly call will get disconnect and mobile restarts. As per our conversation I have attested the scan copy of the invoice,
meanwhile he agreed to refund the amount if in case of new handset is not available, but I don’t like to get repaired handset as a replacement.
If you are sending the handset it should be brand new, as my phone is not a month old(brought on 28/05/15) and I am facing serious problem mobile is getting restarted while on call, and its really a disgusting for me.
guys will post the latest update on this regards
