Micromax — service center and handset problem

i am purchase(24/06/2015) juce 2 moblile before 7 days. in 4-6 hous it hanged once it hangged i fail to restart mobile upto 6 hours till battery goes down to totally discharge. mobile cannt be shut down during hangging. another poblem is mobile dislpay disappear suddly during operating. hence i am going in service center to replace mobile but their admistration called we cant replace moblile just repiar it in two weeks also mobile battery backup also very poor battery discharge atoumatically without operating moblie in one days ( i provide service cetner contact no[protected]) i wish refund my money
