Micromax — Service center not response as per TAT

I have purchased a micromax mobile micromax canvas fire A104 on 28/12/2014, but due to some technical problem it, s touch not work and some fault in screen. due to this reason i have hand over the mobile service center on 1/09/2015 the job sr no is *N[protected]* and they have says that you can get after 15 day but after 15 day they replay that you can collect after one month but till date they are not reply and not return the set. it, s one and helf month but no reply and return the phone, it is only reminder if i will not recieved the phone next 48 hours i will go with other channel (e, g, ) media (CNBC PHREDAR AND CONSUMER FORM ETC, ). bill and job sheet attached below REGARD vipin saini [protected]
