[Resolved] Micromax Service Center — They are not giving my handset and also they have done fraud with me. | |||
Sir I had submited my handset micromax canvas unit A092 in micromax service centre on 20 october 2015.they had told me that you have to wait 30 days but after 30 days whenever i call to them.they always say to me that you have to wait 10 to 15 days.now 2 month 30 days had passed but they did not give me my handset. then one day i send a mail to you.same day i receive a call from micromax service center. they said to me that they will solve my problem and said to me that you send me your jobsheet and original bill picture in this email id (support. [protected]@india. com)so i sent it.next day they called me and said your handset can not be repair so i will replace your handset in 3 days .you only send me a mail in same email id that i want to replacement my handset so i sent it .nextday they called to me and said that your handset is not in my stock so i will return your 95%(4800) money of your total amount of handset(5100) .you have to only do that you sen me your account no. In same email id then i will return you money. after 2 days they called me and said you go to bank atm and called me because this return process only possible on Atm.first they transfer my all amount ₹6515 to his account and told me that they will return me all amount ₹6515+₹4800 after 1 hour .but they will not return and now they are not receiving my call they had done fraud with me so please help...
