I own mobile of your company which is under warranty till 28/9/15 and had problem in its ear piece, to get the same repaired I went to your showroom at Ambala cantt on 21 Sep but they refused to attend my complaint saying that Mondays are off days where as notice on the shop claims that they are open from Mon to Sat. Thereafter I visited again on Tue (22 Sep) at about 1230 Hrs and this time nobody was their to attend, also token service was also not working till 1:30 pm.Somehow I managed to deposit my set with them for repair and they told me to collect it back on getting confirmation from them which I got through sms on 24 Sep, however when I went to collect my set the attendant told me that it is still not repaired.It is not understood why a confirmation sms for collection was given when repairs were still pending thereby causing unnecessary harassment to customers.
