I Have purchased A micromax Wifi Router.My Contact No. is [protected] .While I am charging My Router, it stoped charging And become very hot. I contact care in Ramesh Nager, opposite metro, New Delhi. They behave rudely and Did Not recive my wifi Router. Please Help Me.I am In very big problem. I suggested my many of friends micromax products due to it's Care Service. But it seems micromax Have A third Class Customers Care Service. My Name is Deepak Raj . My address is B-522, chowkhandi, Subash Nager, New Delhi. Send Me A new Piece in exchange of old piece. Please it's my request. I don't want to Go that or any other service center again plz.

i purchased an micromax canvas mobile online 2 months back...i noted that it had some flikering problem..i went to the kankanady micromax care for service...they said that its some software problm and to have a backup of pics and contacts...2 days later i went there and gave ma phone..they said i can collect it in eve...i went in eve they said there is some complaint with motherboard..they will replace that and i must come after 3 days...after 3 days i collected ma cel and i got IEMI problem..again i took it to them...they cleared it...but then after 2 days i saw that still i have flikering problem...i am very sad seeing the response they give...is this the way?? my cell is under warranty...they dint even have patience to listen to the problem when i went 3rd time...i am really frustrated and dissapointed to see the way they react...i still couldint get my things alryt and got additional problems...
