Micromax — Service Delay & Harasment Since 40 Days for Mobile display repairment(Delhi) | |

I have bought a Micromax BOLT S300 & after 30 days there was problem with Display
as there was some unwanted parallel coloured line internaly, they (service centre) called it display blank.
Then i gone micromax serampore MS Sagun Infotech, they checked & generate my Jobsheet & told me It will take 7 days or more. we will confirm u
after 15 days as i called they said your phone is in delhi & plz call them to know latest update.
But Problem is here Since 1st June Delhi Service centre of micromax are saying me :- "I understand your problem sir, your phone will be dispatched within 15days (Max Time), do'nt worry" then i told plz return my handset in present condition & i will repair But they Denied & again told me the same line.

after that, till now when i called them they says me the same line everytime & micromax serampore service centre do'nt pickup my call since 7days.
Please solve this sir, because my phone is very new & Customer care reapting same line from 40days. I do'nt know what can i do...?
