Micromax — Service issue

I had purchased Micromax mobile Knight A350 on 6th jan 2015 online from amazon. In july mid it started giving problem with charging so visited the service centre and handed over the piece to M/s Bhagwati Mobile for checking of piece, on inspection it was found that charging connector was in damaged condition. The engineer said we would need to replace the connector and would cost Rs 1550.00 as the part is not covered under warranty, after confirming the same and paying the said amount he told us that the spare is not in stock and shall receive the mobile in couple of days as he needs to order the spare. Its been 23 days today and every time we call he says it will take 7 more days as spares are not available with the company. I feel cheated by Micromax as, it is not interested in giving service after selling phones to the customer. I felt that buying a phone from an Indian company would be better than buying from Multinational but to my horror it turned to my worst nightmare. I had to buy a new cell phone now as they have failed to repair and give me the piece on time and my work commitments were suffering. Everytime we call and inquire about our Mobile they give Absurd answers and talk very rudely. Call to micromax call centre is also of no assistance as we cannot call the number from MTNL lines and mobile numbers of MTNL. On one occasion i called from my friends phone on 12/8/2015 i spoke to Mr Veerandra and he told me the system was down and he was in no position to check or register my complaint. He assured me that i shall receive a call in next 48 hrs from the service team, but till date no call is received.

Micromax service is very poor and pathetic, when complained they have accepted to refund the amount paid for the phone. Have been trying to do the same but they have come up with a unique way of delaying the refund. They say that they refund the amount only online and that to only 4 banks ie SBI, ICICI bank, PNB Bank, Axis Bank. I arranged a account to get the refund by requesting a family friend to receive the amount on my behalf. Have mailed and tried calling on the number provided but no response. It seems micromax is not interested in resolving issues and trying to fool people and comsumer forums that they are trying hard and putting efforts to resolve issues, but surprisingly they are just delaying the process and then close the complaint saying issue resolved. Adding a photo proof of mails sent with account numbers.
