[Resolved] Micromax — Service issue yureka (Micromax) | |||
My yu yureka mobile screen damage before 5-6 Month i have register a complaint with yureka service center, they replaced my mobile and i have pay for this Rs.@3000. but yureka team send me faulty mobile with reverse charging issue. after that i have again give a complaint for this issue before 4-5 month, i have call to yureka costumer service center but every time they told me wait 10-15 days and still i don't have received my mobile from them. so it's requeted to you that please register my complaint against yureka(Micromax) and resolve my issue ASAP. Feb 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My issue has been resolved. yureka customer care replaced my mobile and now my mobile is working fine. but yureka customer care taking very long time to resolved this issue. Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
