Micromax — SERVICE QUALITY AND HANDSET PROBLEM

MY NAME IS CHAYAN BISWAS. I HAVE FACED SOME PROBLEM ON CANVAS FIRE A104 HANDSET, MODEL CODE-SERMOBO516. I HAVE REPORTED THE PROBLEM IN M/S DURGA INFOTEL, 212/1 RBC ROAD, NAIHATI, N24PGS, WEST BENGAL, PIN 743165 ON 13/6/2015. MY JOB SHEET NUMBER -E[protected]. NOW THE PROBLEM IS THEY CANT REGISTER MY ORIGINAL HAND SET PROBLEM PROPERLY EVEN I TOLD THEM THROUGHLY AND NOTICED THE BILL COPY THAT THEY CANT BE REGISTER PROPERLY.BUT THE ASSURE ME ITS OK THEY WILL BE MANAGE ON IT REMARKS AND SECOND THING THEY DO NOT ATTACHED ME ANT DOCKET NUMBER AND DATE.THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT MY HAND SET WILL BE OK AFTER 07 TO 10 DAYS, THOUGH I TOLD THEY THAT MY HAND SET IS VERRY URGENCY TO MY WORK AND EVEN ON MY WARRENTY PERIOD IS NOT COMPLETED.SO THE SERVICE FACILITIES EXPERIENCE VERRY POOR FOR ME, AND EVEN THEY DID NOT PROPER REGISTER MY PROBLEMS. THE PROBLEMS ARE BELOW- 1. MANUAL BACK, HOME, BESIDE ONE BOTTON DONT WORK PROPERLY.WHEN I REBOOT PHONE THEN IT WILL WORK FOR SOME TIME THEN AGAIN PROBLEM AS ON PROCESS GOES. 2.INTERNAL STORAGE SPACE NOT BE FULL FILLED BUT ANY DOWNLOAD FROM PLAY STORE OR ANY SITE, EVEN ON ANY APPLICATION UPDATE DID NOT WORK DUE TO LOW STORAGE SPACE MESSAGE.BUT WHEN ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED BY WIFI OR XENDER OR BLUE TOOTH THEN IT WILL BE INSTALLED AND NO SHORTAGE OF SPACE MESSAGE BE SHOWN.EVEN I TRY BOTH REPLACE STORAGE AREA SD CARD TO PHONE MEMORY AND PHONE MEMORY TO SD CARD BUT THE PROBLEM SAME AS ON. 3.MY BATTERY NUMBER-BTY 1207393 NAD IT IS 1900MAH. BUT IT WILL NOT BE BACK UP MORE THAN 60 TO 100 MINUTE, IF I WORK WITH 3G NET. 4.ALL TIME SPEAKERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY.SOME TIME IT WILL BE SOME HASSY, NOISY TONE AND NOT TO BE CLEAR SOUND AND SOME TIME IF I CALL RECEIVE ANY NUMBER THEN NO SOUND ON SPEACKER BUT IF I RECEIVE THE SAME CALL FROM SAME NUMBER WITH IN A SECOND THEN I HEARED THE SOUND ON SPEAKER BUT IT IS NOT SO CLEAR LIKE PREVIOUS SOUND QUALITY. ALL OF MY SERVICE AND HANDSET PROBLEMS CLEARLY MENTIONED ABOVE AND HOPE AS A RELIABLE CUSTOMER TO RESPOSIBLE BRANDER SERVICER, MY PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVE PROPERLY AND BRING BACK MY HAND SET VERRY SOON.
