[Resolved]  Micromax — Service r is not giving the phone back

Sir, I bought a micromax canvas 2.2 A114 on 20/09/14 from Sundram Telecom, Shop no. 3 Balaji market, Near Bhagwati Plaza, Nahari ka Naka, Jaipur.It got internally damaged, its touch is not working from 15/11/14 and I handed over the product in service center, SP-First mobile 540, Indira tower 2 Near car parking, Mishra raja ji ka rasta, Indira bazar, Jaipur on 24/11//14. Since then they are saying that they will repair it in a day or two but since i din, t get my mobile back almost a month has passed.
