Micromax — Services not delivered on time

More than 7 days complete i given a handset at your service center Ambala Cantt Problem only charging jack not working representative given a time of 7 days but its not delivered on time while on center they have no timeline to close the delivery services even no stand by handset was available at your service center kindly provide my handset back to me with in working condition on monday till evening . othe wise i will door step at consumer court not to delivered the services on provide timing.
