My phone was having sim insert proble. Hence i gave my cell phone at micromax service centre, pmw cares, 8 / 2 first floor, bharathi nagar 2nd street, 32a north usman road, t nagar, chennai on 23. 06. 2015 and job sheet :230615p122460 wad given. On 01. 07. 2015, , i have received message to my cell phone as follows: 'dear customer, your deposited with us undr job sheet no. S[protected] has been repaired. Please collect from the service centre. Regards - micromax serve". But when we contacted pmw cares service centre, they are telling that they have not received the cell phone being repaired. . We are not able to understand what is going on in micromax. Please let us know the acual status. I request you to deliver the cell phone on or before 18. 07. 2015. Was this information helpful? | |||
