I have submitted my micromax handset three times within 6 months due to some technical fault in your service center of Alipurduar, West bengal. But ridiculously the handset has not been repaired and now I was told that my set is being processing in replace zone. I have been awaiting to receive the handset from 26th Oct 2015. My jobsheet no is N[protected].My previous complain no. is MMX[protected]. Kindly take necessary action to expedite the process of replacement, so that I can get my handset at earliest possible.
