[Resolved]  Micromax — Smartphone releted (touch screen problem)

I can buy a micromax canvass spark 3 smartphone.there is touchscreen problem in this phone but costomer care and company not response to me.and company dont' replace my phone.Myphone is in warrenty period. i can buy a phone (12 april 2016). and can submit a phone in service center (1 june 2016)but service center not response to me and i can submit a phone in allahabad service center.
