[Resolved] Micromax — Status of the phone given for repair | |
Will someone tell me the status of my phone?I am really fed up of this.I trusted in micromax but it did not stand up to full fill the trust of a customer.I bought mi9cromax a76.Within four months it started creating problem.It was switched of automatically and it never switched on again.I gave it to micromax care centre on 29th of july 2014 and from then onward there is no call and response from anyone.Whenever i call care centre they simply say me that my phone's pcb is damaged and they are also not aware when my phone will be available for me.At the same time i was not given any extra phone to use.I have send mail to micromax earlier also but they never responded to me.I was looking hopefully towards micromax and was expecting early repair or was expecting the change of phone but nothing happened as of now.Its already about a month.So will anyone say me the status of my phone?Can i expect the early delivery of my phone?Can i still trust in micromax?
