Micromax — Suspect on the quality | |||
Touch was not working exactly on 10 day of purchase. Given for repair at coimbatore service centre on 18.07.14. job sheet no. S[protected] (xplus communication). Till date the no information regarding the touch screen from micromax. 1. how can a good quality product fails within 10 days. 2. i am not the only person with such complaints. there are thousands of the complaints from different people available in website regarding mciromax. 3. if you don't know to produce good quality product, why don't you stop your manufacturing. 4. Am working in engineering industry & my company following zero tolerance in quality. hope in your organization 100% tolerance in quality 5.
