[Resolved] Micromax — Swap Mobile for new mobile ??? In Warranty !!! | |||
I Purchased the Micromax Doodle (A111) on 26th April 2014.On October 4th 2014 there is a problem in mobile ( No Network). Gone to the nearest Micromax checkpoint they send my mobile to the company .Today I went to receive my phone.They gave me a Old Micromax Doodle (A111) and saying that this is the swap mobile. Unfair on the Micromax and Customer service. Company should replace the new mobile instead of providing customer with a old mobile of same model. As i purchase new Micromax Q338 Phone before 4 months.But it not 4G enable.
Is there any option to exchange it for 4G feature phone like as Micromax Canvas Fire 4G or others.
