[Resolved] Micromax — Tab given for repairing, whereabouts not known | |||
I had given my MICROMAX FUNBOOK TAB P365 for repairs at Micromax Service Centre, Shivajinagar, Pune on[protected]. I was given a JOB SHEET NO.W[protected] at that time and was told that the set would be sent to the company and in all probability i would get a NEW SET as replacement for the faulty set, within a span of 45 days. But till date, i have not received any communication from the company or service centre regarding the whereabouts of my set. No feedback could be got from Micromax's Customer helpline number too. As a result, i filed a complaint with their customer care on 12 Aug 2014 bearing number[protected]. It has been almost 2 months since i have given my tab for repairing. I request Micromax authorities to look into the matter and provide me with a resolution to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
