With reference to the Job Sheet no " W[protected]"
My Micromax tab was handed over at your service centre in Bhandup (dreams Mall) Apparently the service centre is now shut and nobody seems to responds to my calls/messages.
However, its been nearly been 5 months and I still haven't received the tab.
The person who I was in touch with at the centre, kept on assuring me of a date for receiving a new tab, but to my dismay off late he too doesn't seem to respond.
I had called your call centre several times, spoken to your executives (Amit Kumar) once and also a chat with the service centre's Manager (@ Bhandup Mumbai), the conclusion of the chat was he clearly told me " I wont be able to tell the Status" is this how you guys function or reply to your customers? Your executive tells me the service centre has been shut down, is that my problem?
I have been patient enough for the past 5 months and I don't see why it would take 5 months to repair a tab?
The Manager at the service centre assured me a month ago that the tab has been dispatched and I could come and collect it, ever after that, he has not communicated to me on anything.
I am done calling you guys, writing to you and chatting with your service centre people. All I have been getting to hear from you'll is fake assurances and automated responses that my query would be answered to in 24-48 working hours.
Please do get back to me at the earliest.
