Micromax — Too much Delay in Service

Hi This is Mohammed Asik from Coimbatore, i have given my mobile for service in Your authorised service centre ("M/S XPLUS COMMUNICATION 392 (FF), 8TH STREET, TATABAD, GANDHIPURAM, COIMBATORE - 641012 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com) wide job sheet no : S[protected] Dt 04.11.2014, Complaint if : 4911 DISPLAY TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING . Regarding the above Complaint, i have not receiving any Proper response from the Service provider . initally they have Committed that they will replace the mobile with in 2 Weeks but still date i have not received the device from them, it is already 50 Days over from Complaint date. I am soo much unhappy with the way of service from Micro max, i did not expect this much poor service from Reputed company like you. I kindly request you to look into this issue seriously and solve the matter immediately . other wise i have to complaint in "CONSUMER COURT " Please solve the grievance on Priority.
