I purchased Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 through Snapdeal on date 30th March 2015. From starting some of the apps started automatically stopped and displaying message “Unfortunately this app has been stopped” After five months all apps including system apps started automatically stopped even dialler also. Then I went to the Micromax services center Chandigarh and they told me it will take 2 to 3 days to repair it. But they called me after 1 week and told that the motherboard of the mobile had to be replaced at Delhi. I was asked to wait at least for one month. Then I received my mobile after one and half month however, after that it worked only for 20 days and this time it does not get even started. I once again went to the service center and this time I got my phone after 10 to 15 days. Now its 3rd time after working 15 to 20 days it’s again got that same problem. Once again I went to Micromax services center and this time I was told that the problem was because of the USB port and it would cost Rs 400 for the replacement of the same. After 1 week they called me your phone is repaired and you can collect it. When I went to service center and tried to start my phone it gave no response that means the problem was still. Here one thing I need to mention that the mobile is still in one year warranty period. Then they told me the motherboard is not working it need to replace. Now they gave me new Jobsheet at 20 January 2016 with Jobsheet number: N[protected]. It has been 15 days and I have not received my mobile. Its 3rd time they are replacing or repairing it’s motherboard on 30 March 2016 warranty period of phone will get expire. So I cannot afford to change its motherboard after every 20 days. My phone spends more time in service center then my pocket in this one year.
I have already submitted a complaint on Micromax website i.e. http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/ and complaint no is SER[protected]. Now please don't ask me to submit a complaint on your website in your comments.
Therefore, it is requested to replace my mobile phone at the earliest as I do not want to get involved any kind of legal proceedings.
