Micromax — Touch Not Working - No response from service centre since a month | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a micromax canvas gold (IMEI no. [protected]) last year and it is currently on warranty. I have been facing problem with respect to the touch and had given it to the service centre at CST, near New Excelsior theatre, a month back. The personnel at the centre informed me that the mobile will be serviced and I would be getting a message/call in 15 days. However, there was no response and I collected the mobile after 20 days. The mobile worked only for 15 mins and we had to resubmit the same to the centre. A commitment of 4 days was given for rectification, which didn't happen. I got the mobile after 5 days and it is still in the same condition. I would like to know when the product is priced so high and the mobile is under warranty, then why there is no service. The service centre people are lethargic in approach and not at all customer friendly. After spending a month I am left with a mobile that doesn't work. If at all someone takes the clients complaint seriously, would request a revert and resolution of my problem on immediate basis.
