Micromax — touch not working properly

Hi ! My name is Rityunjay and i was parches Micro max canvas A63 mobile in last Jan. i am also going to service center which is M/S GLOBAL MOBILE CENTER LG-24, GLOBAL MOBILE CENTER, SRI RAM PLAZA, BANK MORE, DHANBAD-826001. CONTACT NO.[protected]. I submitted my phone in last month which is 22/09/2014. But i could not fined my phone . i call every time and i m also going there but they was asking same thing sir your part is not coming.it is almost running.even i found part then I will give your mobile. Its almost one moth they could not give my phone and it not solve my problem.that time what i do. JOB CARD NO.- E[protected].
