[Resolved] Micromax — touch screen problem repair not above 4 months | |||
sir, i have purchase micromax a76 in feb 2014. touch screen problem mobile. service centre wardha submite in april 14 and four times job sheet. yet my mobile not repair. service centre says not repair. customer centre says repair. i dont know that who are wrong? i talk to customer care 20 times and spend rs.500/- on phone call but not satisfactory response.customer care says 20 days more. please replace my mobile phone or repair my mobile. job sheet no - w[protected] complaint number is MMX[protected] reagrds manoj Was this information helpful? | |||

we have not received my mobile yet. micromax no any reply. i call micromax cutomer care then new complaint no. and says you have received mobile 7 days but 7 days not end. already four months gone repairing mobile. service centre wardha is not support and customer cares too, customer care says wait. when? please help me i m very ferstaid micromax company.
