I purchased a new Micromax A177 on 20/11/2014 . And I have gifted the same to my Brother .(S. S Pattnaik) After six month o[censored]se the display of this mobile was not working, And He had given the same to M/S Mobile Zone, Nayagarh ( Authorized Micromax Service Center) on 1st June 2015 . They have taken the time up to 7 days to repair the same . After continuous follow-up for 3 months and 10 day . They handed over the mobile to me with same issue . They are telling they need some more time to resolve the issue . Again I have returned the mobile to them . Now the situation is forcing me to take legal action against Micromax Attaching the Job sheet and Bill for reference . 1. I don’t want any clarification from you, Just need a new mobile within 2 days from this email dated . 2. In case I am not getting any response, I will never intimate you again, I will just take necessity action against you . Even I know the legal, Pl. consider this as a warning email . Myself Suraj K Raj is running a Pearson test Center in Bhubaneswar also doing external auditing with reputed client in Bhubaneswar and Kolkata . I have an experience in documentation auditing for last 5 years . Dear Sir/ Madam, if this is how you are dealing to customers, it’s very sad that you are spoiling the name of brand MICROMAX . He faced all these above problems in his service. He had much bad time due to these un-professionals. All these things makes his business to undoing and also a lot of precious time was wasted. Literally I feel like never to go for Micromax again!
