Micromax — under warranty repair micromax handset

Respective sir, I am Rajesh Kumar Singh, I am facing on very Bad response and repair service from Micromax care service center. Which is located at nagpur(M.H). I have claimed on warranty for my Mobile Handset {Model No.;-A210(Grey), Model Code;-SERMOB0299, } on Date 19/01/2015 that concern person had said that they required Max.24 days to solve my Mobile handset problem . The issue were my mobile handset was dead ., I have called on date 11/02/2015 to that number what ever they have mentioned in The JOB SHEET{W[protected]} to some person said your mobile handset is not repair on till date and given next Max.
