Micromax — Undue Delay in Mobile Handset repair

I had some problem with my mobile "Canvas Doodle" ([protected]/[protected]) under warranty period.I deposited my mobile with your service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.I was assured to get back my mobile within 15-25 days on 17.06.2015, the date of depositing my handset at Vashi Servise Center. But even after 27 days from 17.06.2015, despite my repeated request to give a tentative date of delivery, I am not being heard . This is with profound agony I am constrained to say that such a response from an esteemed company like that of yours is not appreciable.The xerox copy of "A satisfied customer is the best advertisement".So, please don't loose a indirect marketing agent of your company in me.
