Date of complaint - 25/05/2015 Instrument code - Micromax EG111 (CDMA + GSM) Complaint description - Mobile instrument not getting switch on. Service centre confirmed mother board issue. Job sheet No. - W[protected] Service Centre details - D R Telecom, Borivli, Mumbai 400092 Contact no[protected] For over 2 months I have not been given solution to the issue. In the last week of Jun-15, I was given New GSM phone, whereas, the very reason I bought Micromax EG111 is due to its CDMA feature. I am coordinating with one of the representative - Santosh Shinde Territory Service Manager- Micromax Informatics Ltd. Mob No- [protected], but even he failed to give me the solution.
