[Resolved] Micromax — unsatified service from your side | |||
HI, my micromax canvas 4 Model number " A210" have problem in display screen . i have submitted my phone on 8-sep-2014 on micromax check point center (roorkee). on the submission of phone. The check point executive says that the phone will be return back within a week, but today when i called him then he says it will take 15 days more. i can't understand why they gives in proper answer with commitment and i am service class men and if my phone get problem within a warranty the they should give me any alternate mobile till my phone back to me. I am not haapy with your services. Following are the details of my complain: 1.) Job ID = N[protected] 2.) Job sheet date = 08-September-2014 3.) IMEI/ESN Number = [protected]/[protected] 4.)
