Micromax — Unsatisfactory services of Micromax Doodle 4. | |||
To, Whomsoever it may concern, This is to bring to your notice that my cell phone Micromax Doodle 4, which I've recently purchased, dated 5th September, 2015, had issues with the battery ( swollen battery)(docket no.W[protected]). To which I handed over my cell phone to the authorized Micromax repair shop M/S Bhagwati Mobile, Borivali (W), Mumbai-92. I was assured that my cell phone will be delivered back to me within 15 working days as I had handed over to them on 12th December, 2015. Since its been more than 15 days, I'm extremely unhappy with the services provided from the service centre as well as the product. Its a shame that the product from an Indian brand with such a great reputation in the market could not match-up to its service quality. I would personally not recommend this brand to any of my colleagues/family members/friends as I am disappointed with the cellphone and the service and the company itself.
