Micromax — Unusual delay in repair/replacement of defective mobile phone

I had purchased a Micromax Unite Phone on 30th March, 2015 from a dealer in Shastri Nagar. Within 15 days it developed the problem of switching off abrubtly on its own without any reason. I gave it for repair to Service Centre in Vikas Puri. After 20 days they returned it but the problem of switching off remained as it was. On going there again, they said that defect is not repairable and the set will be sent to Company repair centre in Gurgaon. The complaing/ticket no. is[protected] dated 5th June, 2015. On repeated calls on customer care no. i get the reply that it will still take 10-15 days more to repair the Set Due to this callous attitude towards attending a genuine complaint of a mobile phone with a manufacturing defect, instead of providing me a new mobile phone in place of defective handset, the company is not responding positively in the matter.
