[Resolved] Micromax — very bad Customer service and harrasment to customer.*N[protected]

Dear Team,
By Mistake, i have purchase a mobile of Micromax in six month back.i was facing the problem of handing the mobil
e.so i have visited in batala service center for repair.firstly his attitude toword was vert casual and he ask for change the mobile screen and will retuned it after 4 days.
But again i have facing same problem and continuously hang the mobile.so again visited in service center for solution.now service center ask that he will sent this set to company.more then one month has spent but till date i have not received my mobile and no response given by service center.
I am working in Axis bank Max life relationship as a Cluster Manager.so as you know, it is not possible to work without mobile even a day in corporate sector.
so now i have two option either purchase a new mobile worth 10000/-or go for court case against company.
I am very annoyed and frustrated from co. Service so request for help me to return my mobile with ok position.
