I purchased P480 tablet on 12th June, 2015, its display was damaged after a week. I went to B.R. Services in Lajpat Nagar. They took my device and told to contact after 10 days at[protected]. I repeatedly called this no. for 3 days but this number remains busy. I personally visited and asked them to show where they have kept the telephone instrument which is showing busy but they do not show where they have kept and in front of them i called and this was showing busy. They told me to come after more 10 days since Monday (13.7.15) morning i am calling this number but this number is always busy. First of all when you manufacture a product, you should make available parts thereof so that if a customer buys new model and in case of problem, that part can be replaced. Due to non availablity of display this product has become useless and today i have taken it back. Secondly, you should give proper services and at least if a number is given, then that number should be contactable. If i could have contacted and they could have informed me that the product has not been repaired, i would have waited but since i have visited thrice personally (all in vain), therefore, due to frustration i have taken back my product and i would suggest everyone not to purchase any new model product of micromax when they cannot provide any part thereof. and the services of B.R.
