Micromax — Warranty service

I have taken the Micromax mobile on Sep 2014, inspired by Make in India slogan from Honourable Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi, thinking that we need to support Indian company . after using it for 8 months it started getting switched off & I handed over my mobile to on 4th of July 2015, they told that it has mother board issue & it takes 20 days to get it corrected . I received my mobile after 30 days, it has not even worked for 1/2 an hour . agin I handed over my mobile back to service center, so far no action has been taken, I have written emails to Micromax, there is no response . I called customer care they do not have any status . please help . worst part is every time you call customer care they say complaint has been registered & some senior executive will call you, but till today noboby is bothered.
