Sir i have to complaint against our company micromax. We are working at micromax from third vendor tech smart. Hum jis salary par 2 saal pehle kaam kar rahe the aaj bhi utni hi hai or to or jo gov ne bdhaya tha o bhi nhi de rhe h ek baar aaya bhi then next salary se deduct kr liya or aise working karana ho to 12 hours se jyda bhi karalete hai hum sab se lekin salary nhi naaa overtime or chutti dene me aana kunii dhamki niklne ki hum subh se shaam tak bs kaam kaam or paise dete nhi h plzz help us bcoz we dont have option we are working at naraina a-56 industrial area phase-2.
