Micromax — Worst customer service center

Sir, i have purchased a micromax A76 canvas handset. The touch buttons ( L, M) is not working properly. So i submitted to micromax service center in chennai (Kodambakkam) service center and they gave a job sheet. I followed more than one month finally they changed touch. When i checked the previous touch button ( L, M) problem was resolved but camera is not working. So i returned the phone and got a new job sheet on march month. From march onwards i am follow up with them and the problem is still persist. I am totally fraustrated with this kind worst customer service.
